We read the State's own sales records. Pick a county for its towns, or check an address directly — the recorded history and the verdict come back free, with no card.

Put the address into the check page. We hold the State's sales records for all twenty-one counties, so most New Jersey addresses return a full estimated report — the same arithmetic, from the same public records.
What is limited to the three counties above is the paid verification: somebody physically reading the recorded mortgage at the county records office. Outside them we do not offer it and we will not charge for it. Town guides follow the same line, which is why they stop here.
